Theme: Legacy And Leadership - Reclaiming The Narrative
Join us for the Black Excellence Leadership Forum, a transformative event dedicated to celebrating and empowering Black leaders and aspiring leaders in Leicestershire. This year, we are proud to align the forum with Black History Month, embracing the theme “Reclaiming Narratives.”
The Black Excellence Leadership Forum is designed to inspire, educate, and connect Black leaders from various sectors, including Entrepreneurship, Corporate Leadership, Political Leadership, and Academic Leadership. Our goal is to provide a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and personal growth, all within the context of reclaiming and celebrating our narratives.
The Black Excellence Leadership Forum is dedicated to fostering leadership and encouraging the creation of lasting legacies within the Black community. Our event is structured around four key strands, each designed to inspire, educate, and connect leaders and aspiring leaders in distinct but interconnected areas. These strands are Entrepreneurship, Corporate Leadership, Political Leadership, and Academic Leadership.
Each strand of the Black Excellence Leadership Forum is designed not only to foster individual success but to encourage leaders to think about their legacy. How are we supporting others to reach leadership positions? How are we working together to ensure mutual growth and community development? Through knowledge sharing, networking, and collaborative opportunities, we aim to create a synergistic environment where every leader can contribute to the empowerment and advancement of the Black community.
Join us at the Black Excellence Leadership Forum to be inspired, to learn, and to connect with others who are dedicated to building a brighter future for all.
